KEI(景)は、そのブランドがもつ本質である「らしさ」と、美質である「ありたい姿」を見つめ、視覚体験として翻訳する事を担うデザインパートナーです。
器に現れた不完全さや修復の跡。茶道や陶芸の世界では、それを「景色」と呼び、むしろ愛でていく感受性があります。
「ほんとうに」伝えたいこと。それを情報ではなくここにしかない確かな一つの景色として見立て、デザインしていく。そこにある確かな人の呼吸、温度、向こう側の風景。それらが息づき、伝わるものとしていくために。
KEI is a design partner dedicated to contemplating the authenticity of a brand’s essential identity, as well as its aesthetic aspirations, so we can translate them into tangible experiences. The imperfections on a vessel. The traces of repair. In the worlds of tea ceremony and ceramics, these are called “keshiki.” A sensibility that finds grace in what others might pass over. What you most deeply want to convey. We hold it not as information, but as one landscape that could only exist here. From that, we design. The breath of a person. Warmth. What lies on the other side. So that these things may live within the work, and reach.

Refining Essence And Aesthetics Through Our Process
デザインのプロセスで目指していく最も大切なことは、企業や商品・サービスのブランドが持つ「本質(らしさ)」と「美質(ありたい姿)」を発見し、定義していくことです。ビジュアルデザインとは、この定義によって作り出される「意思の結果」だと考えています。
見出すことと、プロセスによって磨き上げていくこと。この二つをデザインにおいては大切にしています。
First and foremost, the goal of our design process is to uncover and define the authentic identity of a brand’s core essence and its aesthetic virtue through the vision of its ideal state. Visual design is, in its truest sense, the manifestation of the intentional choices born from this definition.
A brand’s essence is its heritage, the collective memory formed up to the present day. Its ideal state is its will, a clear intent directed toward the future. By unpacking these two dimensions, we embark on a journey of discovery together, refining those insights into a polished, cohesive design.
Discovery and the process of refinement: these are the two pillars we value most in our approach to design.
